A crochet project from the past

I was sorting through some old photos today and came across this 1981 picture of the Lords Supper that I had done and framed.  It is currently hanging in the fellowship hall of a historical Methodist Church in the Tallahassee, FL area.  I believe I used #30 thread to make it, but I have no notes as to how large it was, etc.   I do have another one completed and packed away somewhere.  I probably should get it out and take some photos and measurements.  Oh well, for another day.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope your weekend is going well....

Update on the Daffodil Tabletopper

Wanted to share my progress on the Daffodil Tabletopper.  It's now 25" from point to point and I've used 4 1/4 balls of Lizbeth #20 thread. I'm also using a #14 hook.  This project was started on 8/20/2013.  After finishing the current round I will start the scallops around the outside.  (See a prior posting for a picture of the Tabletopper from the pattern book)

Red Roses in Filet

I'm still working on the white piece in filet that I recently shared a progress report on, but wanted to share another project just completed.  I call this one "Red Roses in Filet".  The pattern was found on Picasa (can't remember where).  I did change the border to something else.  It was made with LizBeth #20 thread using a #14 hook.  It measures 20" by 11 1/2 " .
