The name of the doily is Black Widow....but my version was made with ThreadArt Mauve Pink #10, using a #8 hook. It took one ball and measures 17 1/2 inches across.
I just found you. I love doilies and seems like I can't get the thread out of my hands. You do very nice work. For some reason I can't become a follower tonight..
