Happy New Year!

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!  May you be safe!

Wishing that you have everything you wish for in the new year!  For me, it's more time devoted to crochet!  With God's will, it will happen as this year is my planned retirement year!

God Bless!

Just a small doily that I like.  Made with #10 thread using #10 hook.  Started 10/10/2015 and finished 10/14/2015.  Measures 13 inches.

My peach doily

Another pattern I liked when I came across it.  Made with #20 thread using #13 hook.  Started 9/1/2015 and finished 9/29/2015.  Measures 17 inches.

Victorian Floral Doily

The pattern for this doily was called Victorian Floral and came from a book called Blue Ribbon Crochet.  I did modify the pattern quite a bit.  Made with #10 thread using #10 hook.  Started 11/28/2015 and finished 12/4/2015.  Measures 12 inches.

A larger doily

This doily pattern was picked up somewhere on the web.  I have a habit of saving patterns that catch my eye, but never marking where I found them at.  It was made with #20 thread using #13 hook.  Started 4/4/2015 and finished 4/25/2015.  It measures 18 inches.  It was "bear" to block!

Bramble Doilies

These are Bramble doilies from Magic Crochet, issue #83.  There were made with #10 thread using #10 hook and measure 16 inches across.  The gold and white one was started 10/18/2015 and finished 10/23/2015.  The green and white one was started 11/23/2015 and finished 11/25/2015.  I have also made a blue and white one that needs to be blocked.

Party Runner

This pattern comes from Crochet 'D Art magazine, issue 286 and is called Party Runner.  It measures 13 inches by 50 inches.  Made with #20 thread.  I used 3 1/2 balls. It has been delivered to a friend for her dining room table.

Poinsettia Doily

This doily comes from Crochet World magazine, issue December 2010.  It was made with #10 thread using #10 hook.  Started 11/25/2015 and finished 11/27/2015.  It measures 13 inches.

Yuletide Doily

This doily is called Yuletide Doily and was designed by Dot Drake.  It was made with #10 thread, using a #10 hook.  Started 12/5/2015 and finished 12/10/2015. Measures 12 inches.  I had made this doily several years ago and loved it so, decided to make it again.  The first one was given to a friend.

A different looking Christmas doily

When I first saw this pattern in all white, it looked like it had Christmas trees in it.  I couldn't wait to see how it would look in Christmas colors.  Sorry, no information as to where I found the pattern.  It was made with #10 thread using #10 hook.  Started 12/10/2015 and finished 12/14/2015. Measures 15 inches.   What do you think??

Doilies! Doilies! Doilies!

I have gotten really behind in blocking and posting my work!  Life seems to just fly by and there is never enough time to do the things you sharing my work

Dorothy's Roses Doily.  My version doesn't have the smaller roses on it.  Made with #10 thread using #10 hook.  Started 10/15/2015 and finished 10/17/2015.  Measures 12 inches.

A couple of gifts to a friend

These were made in November for a friend who just loves doilies, but can't crochet.

A simple little doily

I've gotten so far behind in my blocking and posting!  I'm going to really try to get it all caught up and out of my basket!

This is a cute little doily I completed back in June.  Make with #10 thread using a #9 hook and measures 15 inches across.

After making it in white, I'm thinking it would be an excellent doily to make in red-green-white for a Christmas look.

A new two-color doily

I can't seem to find the time to post all the finished projects.  This doily was found some time back on the web and was saved to my "want to make list".  Started 6/8/2015 and finished 6/16/2015 using #10 thread and #10 hook.
