Will probably go back to working on the pineapple design dresser set--a 1954 vintage pattern. I'm using #30 thread and the pattern is written rather than a chart. I've come to love charts.

I love charts myself because they are easier to read and keep up with. I always lose my place on written and that's what keeps me from doing a lot of doilys...because that is terribly frustrating.
Can't wait to see your finished project. I don't really like charts but have used them. Do you share any patterns? Are they on Ravelry?
I went through your entire blog because of all of the beautiful doilies. I love how you use color in most of them. I really love the Rose Scallop doily that you made in March 2011.
